Data privacy is very important to us and we do our utmost to ensure that we follow current legislation. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union that came into effect from the 25th May 2018. The Privacy Statement describes the personal data we collect about you for your travel period as a customer when you have booked though the Go Morzine app or via our public site (www.gomorzine.com) which is operated by PSB Projects SAS that link to this Privacy Statement, and / or third parties (tour operator, partner transfer company, chalet company or travel agent), how we use it, with whom we share it, and describes your choices regarding certain types of processing. By booking a transport, also known as 'cab' or 'ride', or delivery (food or groceries) service via our website or app and providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement. The data that is collected for the purpose of your travel will only be used for the duration of your travel period and not for ANY marketing purposes.
Under the Go Morzine website and app functionality, we will collect, store and may transmit or make available to any third party data and information provided by the LEAD PASSENGER upon registration, not limited to the location, full name, last name, your profile photo, phone number and for the DRIVER. If you are the operator / driver, the registration number and grantee or auxiliary data of your vehicle, such as make, model, color and plate, among others will be published to the PASSENGER.
Whenever the PASSENGER conducts financial transactions on the website or app, we will collect all relevant information and may disclose it for specific system usage purposes.
We may also collect other information from your interaction with the site, mobile apps, operator app, services, content and advertising, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the site, ad data, IP address, standard web log information and the resources that you access, whether this is required for company own purposes or otherwise.
The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices located in Europe and protected by computer measures that ensure your privacy. All this data will not be used for any Go Morzine / Skiidy Gonzales Transfers / Morzine Mobility or PSB Project SAS marketing and strictly only used for the duration of the PASSENGER'S travel or the driver's utilisation of the Morzine Cab application. Go Morzine have subscribed with Onde R&D LLC, in relation to the Go Morzine app and for their software and data storage. 1. Our Privacy Promise
It is our obligation to inform you how your data is used, stored and your options edit your marketing preferences.
We have to collect and keep certain data about you to ensure your transport will be as seamless as possible as we may be required to notify you of any changes / delays / travel updates to your booking. We will require data such as your name, email address, mobile numbers, payment details (through our payment gateway Stripe). And from time to time, we may share your travel details, name and mobile numbers to our trusted partners to ensure you get to your destination.
In accordance with the GDPR regulation we promise to gather, process, store and share your personal data safely and securely. Any data that is gathered by us and shared to our trusted partners will also be required to follow the same protocol. We only share your travel details, name and mobile numbers to these businesses and not your email.
The data that is required for your travel is essential for us to operate as smoothly as possible and therefore a prerequisite.
Under the Go Morzine application, as mentioned above, the data collected will not be used for any other means other than your travel period. We will not use this data for marketing and your account details will be deleted when the PASSENGER / customer deletes their profile, after the 30 days from the deletion date. After this period the data will be erased from the system completely. The data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices located in Europe and protected by computer measures that ensure your privacy.
If there is any personal data on your account that is incorrect and you are unable to modify it via your User Account, please email info@gomorzine.com and we will correct it.
Our Privacy Statement also applies to any customers who have booked their transport via a third party such as a tour operator, partner transport company, chalet company or travel agent. We will only use the data required for the customer's transport and not for any marketing purpose. The third parties will also be required to illustrate that they are compliant with the current GDPR regulations. Our privacy statement forms part of our terms and conditions and the customer's agreement during the provision and operation of your transport or delivery services.
2. The Company responsible for your data
This Privacy Statement belongs to PSB Projects SAS and applies to the personal data that Go Morzine collects and uses. References in this Privacy Statement to "Go Morzine", "Skiidy Gonzales", "PSB Projects SAS", "we", "us", or "our" means Go Morzine that is owned and operated by PSB Project SAS, which is registered in France at 1673 Route de la Plagne, 74110 Morzine, FRANCE, SIRET 51906153500042. The company holds French government issued (DREAL) national and international transport licence numbers 2015/82/0000072 and 2015/82/0000073. The data collected and used according to the European data protection legislation to the best of our knowledge.
3. What personal data do we use and why
The term "personal data", "data", and "personal information" means information that relates to the customer (party leader) or driver, and allows us to identify you, as a direct customer, driver, or from a third party ("tour operator", "partner transport company", "chalet company" or "travel agent"). The data provided is used in two very distinct ways.
- Data that is used for the duration of your travel itinerary, or the driver's data during passengers travel duration, and is required in order for us to fulfil the transport or delivery service. This is applicable to direct and third party clients / customers.

Essentially the majority of the data stated above is required to allow us to manage your travel booking and provide you with a service. Occasionally we may need to contact you via email / SMS / phone / Whatsapp for administrative or operational needs that are relevant to your booking. None of this data is used for marketing.
4. Our Partners
Occasionally we are required to use a partner company for the Client's transport / delivery service and the data shared will ONLY be for the use of the client's service delivery and period. There are also 'Booking Partners', where clients have been recommended to book with us by the accommodation provider through our website or app. As mentioned above, these trusted partners are required to be compliant with the revised GDPR regulations and under no circumstance can they use the data other than your travel itinerary / period. For the travel period they will ONLY receive the following data; Your full name, your mobile contact number, travel details and pick up / drop off addresses. 5. Data Sharing
All personal client / user data will not be passed on to any third party that are not involved with the service delivery. Nor will the personal data ever be forwarded to third party promoters / marketing companies even if the client / user has opted-in specifically to any promotions, feedback and sales. Go Morzine will never pass on any data other than when a trusted partner is required to carry out the transfer.
We, the software provider, and third parties, such as web analytics companies and Adwords, may collect non-personal data about you and your online activities over time when you visit our App or website. Information about your visits to and usage of our website, and general geographic information derived from your IP address, will provide us analytical information to allow us to customise and improve our website, overall experience and business direction.
We do not share, sell or trade any collected data through our websites or from third parties other than when a partner is required to deliver the service. These partner service providers may only use information we provide to them as requested and instructed by PSB Projects and are required to be compliant with the revised GDPR regulations.
6. Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We and our software provider use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service. The technologies we use may include:

If at any time after registering with Go Morzine, your personal information changes or you change your mind about using the app, please go to your User Account area and update your preferences. Your travel data will be stored for 30 days and then deleted permanently.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us on . We will respond to your request to access or delete your information within 30 days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
